Getting sleep

I wonder how many people that run a sports betting service, still have a full head of hair when they are 35. I'm 30, turning 31 in May and last night I could have sworn I could feel the hair above my temples on my forehead thinning.

With STP being in the unique position of having 10 points out for the first time ever, I could feel the pressure yesterday. So much so that I had to go to the gym & jacuzzi at 10pm, even after a decent return from those points. We were just a Lazio goal away from having one of our best days in history. So close to greatness.

As it happens, for the first time since starting STP in June, I actually managed to sleep for more than 6 straight hours. In fact, I went to bed at 1am and didn't get up until 11am. That is unheard of for me. I do feel refreshed and revitatlised. But I know this feeling will only last until the next time we have 5 points out. For all the research we do. And it's fucking A LOT of research, we can't put the ball in the net ourselves. We can't stop tennis players from double faulting or acting like they've never seen a tie break in spite of winning 10 of their last 14.

I'm looking for an Easter getaway to treat the STP team to some Uber rest&relaxation. It really can't come soon enough. I was personally a goal away from £2,000 yesterday. That would have been enough to pay for the luxury cottage I was looking at out of my own back pocket.

Fucking Felipe Anderson.
